sleepy summer

Having a newborn reminded me how much sleep (or lack of) becomes a part of your daily plans. In an attempt to remember Kyler was with us on all of our daily adventures, I tried to snap a pic of him, but he was always sleeping! Even our days at home revolved around nap times. I tried to get a few naps in myself and just enjoy this mellow summer. I also tried to use my time wisely when both kids happened to have overlapping naps. Here are my sleepy summer sweeties.

 Kendall competed in a "minute to win it" game

She got a "hole in one" EVERY TIME (by placing the ball in the cup at mini golf)

We finished up our week with a day at Silverwood

First solo ride (with Quincy), she was not a fan

 But loved all the rides with Mommy

 Cousin love

an 8 year long family tradition---our first summer was just weeks after Rece was born!

Last, and probably favorite, ride

Kendall keeps asking us if we can go back to Stoneridge...next summer can't come fast enough for her (or us!).
